A life in snapshots…

Grace knows what people see. She’s the Cinderella story. An icon of glamor and elegance frozen in dazzling Technicolor. The picture of perfection. The girl in white gloves.

A woman in living color…

But behind the lens, beyond the panoramic views of glistening Mediterranean azure, she knows the truth. The sacrifices it takes for an unappreciated girl from Philadelphia to defy her family and become the reigning queen of the screen. The heartbreaking reasons she trades Hollywood for a crown. The loneliness of being a princess in a fairy tale kingdom that is all too real.

Hardest of all for her adoring fans and loyal subjects to comprehend, is the harsh reality that to be the most envied woman in the world does not mean she is the happiest. Starved for affection and purpose, facing a labyrinth of romantic and social expectations with more twists and turns than Monaco’s infamous winding roads, Grace must find her own way to fulfillment. But what she risks--her art, her family, her marriage—she may never get back.

Anthony "Chipmunk" Wiggins ,

Surprisingly good read

I enjoyed this book for the sheer fact Thani reading it, I was able to re-imagine what Grace Kelly may have said, did and/or thought about numerous aspects of her life. It has just enough of the factual information to make you appreciate the reality of this woman and her situation, with plenty leeway to stroke your imagination.

Hales Passage ,

Excellent portrayal of Grace’s life

Grace Kelly was an amazing actress, philanthropist, wife, friend, and mother who was under-appreciated by both her parents and her Princely husband. In spite of a fairy-tale marriage gone awry, what the reader walks away with are lessons in life Grace Kelly taught her children: find beauty and purpose in life, continue to grow in your career, and remain faithful to your friends and family.

JOJOdall ,

A beautiful tribute to the iconic Grace Kelly

This book was very informative and enjoyable! I felt like I knew her; the author made her very approachable. Well written and researched , and it gave a realistic. Jew if her life and the places she’s been. Definitely recommend!!
