Palatable for everyone

The truth is that the stuff we are made of from the inside reflects who are on the outside. If we don’t feel good, don’t feel beautiful, don’t feel energetic, don’t feel motivated … then it shows, despite our best attempts to put our best foot forward. From here, we proceed to do our best to cope and make due with our circumstances, but the underlying bases for our choices remain the same. What this book dutifully does is to breakdown complex processes without needing us to have an advance degree in science. Additionally, it shares anecdotal evidence that we can relate to and appreciate, and finally fills our plate with recipes to nourish our bellies, and feed our souls by changing the way we understand the benefits of food medicine. It is a must read for anyone who wants to change the course of their health and consequently their life.
