Such an awesome book
This is one of the most fascinating books I've read, truly one of my favorites! When I read it, my perspective on the world sharpened. And because she addresses so many key issues we all deal with, it's a wonderful resource for when you feel like things aren't going so well, whether it's got to do with illness, bad habits, relationships, stress or a host of other issues. It also includes hypnosis sessions to help heal your problems from where all problems start; in the mind. Also, as a hypnotherapist, I have found the hypnosis sessions included in the book extremely effective when I utilized them in sessions with my clients. This book is a valuable contribution to the world, and you will most definitely feel better and be better off for reading it!
