Greatest Works of Gustave Flaubert

The French writer Gustave Flaubert (1821–1880), was one of the greatest novelists in Western literature. Flaubert believed in the principle of finding "the right word", which he considered as the key mean to achieve quality in literary art. He said that he spends his time "trying to write harmonious sentences, avoiding assonances." This collection, contains his best works, in their original editions: Madame Bovary, Salammbo, Sentimental Education, The Temptation of St. Antony, Three Tales (A Simple Heart, The Legend of San Julian, and Herodias) & Bouvard and Pécuchet.
