Lose Weight and Eat Like Crazy
I was suprised by this book because the diet that it presents seems to allow lots of eating. However, after a few days of incorporating it into my life, I saw the wisdom of it. I can get to eat pretty much everything, barring a few 'banned' items. But I eat in specific amounts, which quickly awakened the hunger monster. After one week, the hunger was still there, but I was feeling lighter and much more cleaer headed. I was actually starting to sleep through the night (I had terrible insomnia). As far as weight loss is converned, I'm about five pounds weekly, which to me is very doable and encouraging. It's a good diet. Give it a shot. It has helped me a lot, not only to lose weight, but to find a structured way of eating and keeps me away from junk and overeating. This is definitely a keeper.
