Inspired by the Hardy Boys Mystery Stories, Hayden Lonbeck dreams of one day becoming a young sleuth like his literary heros. That desire soon gets a slight adjustment after reading old newspaper articles by his father as an investigative reporter. Combining his love of writing and passion for detective work, Hayden starts his own online newspaper. Flanked by his best friend and photographer, Avery Robertson, the two scour the neighborhood digging up the next big story. What they unearth after two cats go missing will have both them and the neighborhood howling for answers.
