This four-week program will help you write a better life story, and as a result, you will experience more purpose, balance, and direction in your life. The end result is not a perfect life without conflict, which would be delusional—impossible, really. The end result is you, authentic and real, living, working and loving from a place of inner strength and clarity. Writing a great life story is not for the faint-hearted. It’s for those who are ready for real change, which means leaving your comfort zone, being open to a bigger perspective, letting go of preconceptions and judgments, and opening the doors to acceptance, self-love, and personal healing. All of that requires courage, honesty, and integrity, and we can find all of those qualities already inside ourselves.
