Publisher Description

Another quality eBook from Chapel library. Charles H. Spurgeon (1834-1892) provides a verse by verse commentary on this sacred hymn, Psalm 139. David sings of the omniscience and omnipresence of God, which will overthrow the power of the wicked, dealing with them according to his justice. This holy song casts a clear light on the works and attributes of God, and presents a solemn warning against practical atheism, which makes shipwreck of the soul through its deliberate ignoring of God’s presence.

WreckedandRedeemed ,

Moving, loving,encouraging.

I could not stop crying while reading this Psalm and Pastor Spurgeon’s eloquent presentation and explanation of each verse of a psalm I had read many times over yet never approached it as he did! One can do nothing more than to fall more deeply in love with the One who knows are innermost being!
Thank you, Chapel Library for making it available .
