Flames consumed the thatched roof above his head and burning ash rained over the skins that covered him. He looked for her, but she was gone.
“Jason!” Her voice a shriek that pierced the roar of the flames.
Armed men dragged her into the night.

Wait for Me in Mycenae is a love story about Jason, a seminarian at Yale, and Laura, a young divorcée with two children. They meet in the summer of 1967 at Faneuil Hall in Boston where he attends a course on pastoral care. They quickly discover that they loved each other in the ancient Kingdom of Mycenae in a past life. Jason leaves the Church and they find peace in Buddhism, and in death know they will meet again.
