May Thornton looked at the weathered knife in her hands and felt stressed.
She walked over to the window and reflected on her damp surroundings. She had always loved beautiful Newton Abbot with its screeching, spicy swamps. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel stressed.
Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Annabelle Wilson. Annabelle was a forgetful do gooder with charming toenails and spiky abs.
