Surprise find
Although I am assuredly not a fan of David Jeremiah, I happened upon this little book while cleaning out my dad’s room at the nursing home after he died. I was somehow drawn to it. I faned through the pages, stopping on the date of my father’s leaving us and read the page for that day. It spoke to me, in the moment. I asked Mom if I could keep the book and have been reading it for the past two years since, along with other daily materials. I have tried to look at Dr. Jeremiah’s other writings again, but, still, none are quite like this one in tone, Christ-like inclusiveness, healing gosple, fellowship and Christian love.
