Another page turner by Mayor
After all these years- this is now at the top of the list for the Joe Gunther series. I have read every one. The development of Willy Kunkle was the highlight of this book. To see him more as a caring, protective dad, a kind man and a good friend was enlightening. Tremendous storyline, so creative and well thought out.
Presumption of Guilt
Mayor's latest is as good as it gets. His continuing characters keep evolving as well as his depictions of the seamy side of southern Vermont. As we like to say the only problem with a great book is having to finish it and wait for the next.
