Great suspenseful read
Deadly Proof is Rachel Dylan’s suspesnefu firstl book in her Atlanta Justice series. This installment is about an idealistic litigator who is fighting for justice for victims of a large pharmaceutical firm that might have not been as careful as they should have, with a new drug. I won’t reveal any more about the plot, but I found the characters to be both authentic and well-formed. I was emotionally invested in this trial, even though my own experience has been in Superior Court and Juvenile Court (as a Victim Advocate), rather than civil trials. With lawsuits against flu vaccines because of suspected links to Guillain-Barre Syndrome in some cases, and other drugs taken off the market because of hazardous side effects, this story could have come from today’s news. With Dylan’s own experience as an Atlanta lawyer, she is familiar with the way things work in this court system. I look forward to reading future installments in this series.

Landon James is a former Army Ranger who has
turned private investigator. He is recommended to
Kate to help her investigate the whistleblowers
claims. But as danger lurks closer and closer to
Kate his job changes to protecting her.
These two main characters are two bold, problem
solving but flawed persons with hauntings from their
past.
They are well developed characters sharing undeniable
chemistry. They find themselves involved in
an unpredictable plot.
The story was plotted out flawlessly. There were sub
plots within the main plot and lots of twists and turns.
A real page turner!!!

Legal suspense you won't be able to put down
What an amazing book! Deadly Proof is a book you won't be able to put down til the very end, and one you'll read again and again. The author, Rachel Dylan, is also a lawyer, so she includes so many details about the legal system while incorporating mystery, danger, suspense, romance, love, faith, and forgiveness. She also has a way of making you feel as if you know the characters personally. You won't be disappointed with this book!! Be sure to download a copy, and sneak off to your favorite reading nook! I was blessed to be given a copy of the book by the author, but a review was not required.
