Customer Reviews
A must read for anyone in the technology industry!!
Having worked exclusively in the technology industry since cell phones weighed 15 pounds, I can say, without a doubt, that George Moon has more insights into what it takes to be a good manager, but more importantly, a great leader. I had the great fortune to sit in on one of his seminars. I would highly recommend this book AND his seminar to ANYONE wanting to be successful in this competitive technological arena that is growing exponentially each year. This book and his seminar are the keys to becoming a great leader, for, as he quotes Gen. Colin Powell, "Great leaders are made...not born."
Thanks, George!

Recommended reading
The book covers George Moon's experiences in the technical management and leadership and what he learned from them rather than lecturing the reader on how they should do something. As such, it allowed me to go back through some of my experiences and revisit them in light of his stories. A very interactive and interesting process where even though the experiences differ in details, the lessons often did not. I recommend the book to anyone seeking insight into their own experiences and the lessons learned.
