The present book is a collection of the editorial articles written by Swami Nihsreyasananda, an eminent monk of the Ramakrishna Order, well-known for his depth of Scholarly thinking.These articles deal with man's struggles with his own mind. The author shows how an undisciplined and uncontrolled mind is the cause of numerous problems, not only for the individuals, but for the society as well. The Swami, through apt illustrations and quotations from Sri Ramakrishna, Swami Vivekananda, Sri Sarada Devi and the scriptures, depicts the ways and means of bringing the mind under control.
