On the house, a short, short story
I always check the number of pages in a short story. This review stated there were 250 pages, but only 5 or so were the short story and the rest were the excerpt on another story. Not very honest, in my opinion. Story was good but too short to spend a buck.
On the House
What a gem of a short story! Well-drawn characters, a sympathetic situation, and an out-of-nowhere ending. Thriller readers can't ask for more!
