    Extraordinary!

    This, quite simply, is a remarkable “book”. I use quote marks, because it’s unliek any yoga book I’ve ever used before - it contains hours of video, some amazing animations of the postures, and remarkable animated details of the muscle groups used in these programs. For a lower back pain sufferer, this book is a *Godsend*! More power to Richard, and what a great way to help get out of pain forever - oh and by the way - the author’s life story is kind of fascinating too, loaded with great anecdotes and incredibly useful and easy to follow advice.
