Love it!

I bought this book recently because I am recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic and wanted to make several days meals each week totally vegetarian. This book was perfect! Healthy, hearty, totally fulfilling recipes that both vegetarians and non vegetarians alike will adore. Easy to follow directions and using items most folks should be able to find in any grocery store. I've made several recipes from the book alread and know consider this recipe book to be a "must have." One of the best things about the recipes is that kids will enjoy the recipes as much as adults. A family pleasing collection for sure! On top of all that... the price is right! You can't beat it. I would highly recommend this book to anyone. And the photos are stunning... you really get a feel for what you'll be making and eating. Delicious!

It fuels my marathon training

The recipes in this book go well with my marathon training activities. I regularly go on runs of 8 mile or more and the food in this book provides the energy I need. The instructions are easy to understand and pictures are so inspiring. I can almost taste the dishes before I make them. I love having the cookbook on my iPad because I can take it into the kitchen with me without the laptop getting in the way. I'd recommend this cookbook to anyone, not just vegetarians. Don't let the label foul you. It's awesome!
