Heartfelt, inspiring novel that tugs at the heart
I loved this book and anyone who loves military history or aviation will be riveted. As the sister of Naval officers, I really resonated with his two main characters who reminded me of Maverick and Goose from Top Gun. An emotional, heartfelt book. You can tell the author put his heart and soul into his story and it read like a movie screenplay - emotionally dramatic and filled with vivid imagery. His style reminds me of Nicholas Sparks but with a modern, action-packed twist. A very inspirational story that left me teary-eyed in parts. A perfect summer read.
