Customer Reviews
Excellent!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Mr. Chambers has a way of humanizing history that is quite rare. Books like these are the reason to own an iPad- you get so much more than just text. The pictures and video were carefully selected to really put the reader back to another time and place, the era of the ocean liner. Things like a detailed load manifest and also a list of every passenger on board are worth the price of admission alone- this book goes beyond the actual sinking of Titanic, and gets down to the details of what it really took to get one of these marvelous ships into the water. Wonderful, definitely enjoyed this!
