It's a great cookbook with lots of photos to show the intent of the recipe. I like that there are a lot of recipes with global influence.
Shameless cash grab
I downloaded the sample, it's a long download and the book is basically a glorified PDF of the book that they sell In the store.. It's clunky,slow and the book layout just doesn't work for the iPad. what a shameless cash grab
