The Best!
This is by far the best cookbook in my kitchen! I purchased it about 3 years ago and have tried every single dish and I have to say that I've become the best Cook in the Family....
My friends and family believe I was sent from Heaven with all this cooking and I owe it all to Williams Sonoma Mexican. The second time I prepared the Chipotle Meatballs I made enough for 15 servings and the third time I prepared the Pozole Verde was on Christmas 2011 and made 30 servings, and yes that was a Holiday to remember.
I love this book so much that I originally purchased the hardcover and now downloaded the iBook version for my convenience. Reason being, I constantly found myself writing the recipe down if I was going to prepare it at a friends or when I travelled.
