Description
Introduction to methods of financial analysis for real estate investments. Topics include methods of valuation, cash flow forecasting, computer modeling, debt leverage, and deal structures. Emphasis is placed on the financing of individual projects. This course requires greater than average preparation time. It is heavily orientated toward numerical analysis and makes use of case studies and computer spreadsheet analysis. Technical note: Please note that lecture #1's image quality is unusually poor. It is not representative of the rest of the series. While there are 10 lectures in the class, lecture #10 is not available for public viewing.

Whether you own A duplex or several apartments, you owe it to yourself to watch Professor Kahr's Real Estate finance course. The graphics are often unreadable, and not every topic holds one's interest. It doesn't matter. There are enough "pearls of wisdom" imparted by Kahr to make this course VERY much worth your investment of time.
