Description
This course is intended to provide engineering students with a background in important concepts and principles of chemistry. (A few non-engineering majors, including physics and geophysics, also require this course.) Emphasis will be placed on those areas considered most relevant in an engineering context, and practical applications in engineering and technology will be examined.

Needs Help
The person that transferred the tapes to digital needs a bit more experience. We are only part way through the first lesson, and the video is jumpy, and the speed changes so the instructor is almost impossible to understand. From what I can see of the actual content, it looks really good, but it is so difficult to understand due to the speed issues that it completely negates the value of the lesson.
Bad quality
Considering I'm an engineering major, this would be great for me. Too and I can't understand anything. Ditto the previous comment!
Decent
I find these lectures quite helpful. They give me a deep understanding if chemistry, not just shallow memorization. Though I fund it easy to sleep over them, I'm glad you put this lectures online.
