"Growing Thoughtful Communities" (March 25, 2011) - Dr. Perkins is a chief architect of the Teaching for Understanding Framework, and Making Thinking Visible, one of the original members of Project Zero, and Co-Director of the Project Zero research group (with Dr. Howard Gardner) for 25 years. He is also on the Senior Faculty at Harvard's Graduate School of Education and has authored many insightful books such as “Making Learning Whole”, “The Intelligent Eye;” coauthored with Shari Tishman “The Thinking Classroom,” and “Thinking Connections” among others.

"Thinking Through Things" - (March 24, 2011) Dr. Tishman became the Director of Project Zero in January, 2009. She continues her work as a Research Associate and Principal Investigator at Project Zero, and as Lecturer on Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Principal Investigator of Artful Thinking, a program that helps classroom teachers use works of art in subjects across the curriculum in ways that strengthen student thinking and learning; and Visible Thinking, (also called "Innovating with Intelligence") an approach to the teaching of thinking that emphasizes the development of thinking dispositions, the use of "thinking routines," and the documentation of student thinking and learning.

Dr. Lincoln is recognized as a leader in the field of naturalistic inquiry and qualitative studies. Her publications include numerous books, articles and reviews. She is an author, coauthor, or editor of such books as Naturalistic Inquiry, Fourth Generation Evaluation and the Sage Handbook of Qualitative Research. She holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education with minors in Research and Evaluation and Organizational Theory and Behavior from Indiana University.
