Reader’s tone vs novel’s tone

Reader presents in a tone that did not engage me, so I switched to another reading. It was a more even tone that I expected for a book about passion and creation vs destruction.

Wonderful

I loved their voice it really got me into the book (although different voices for different characters would’ve been nice). I was looking for a young lad narrator and it was very difficult, this one is perfect!
