Informative and enjoyable

This series of short discussions between the two learned men provides a good overview of the main points of Luke. I found it quite rewarding to watch their discussion while following along in my own bible. The short lengths fit in just right with my morning coffee breaks!

Thanks for offering this course free of charge.

STRANGE YUP YUP

I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS FROM YALE "DIVINITY" SCHOOL ON THE ROMANS AND LUKE SERIES THAT I LOOKED AT IN MY RETIREMENT RELIGION STUDIES. IT SEEMS LIKE ONE MAN IS TALKING AND THE OTHER ONE IS SAYING YUP YUP. THIS IS FROM YALE ?????

DID THEY SAY ANYTHING AT AL ABOUT JESUS CHRIST OR SALVATION???? I MUST BE IN THE WRONG PLACE.

ONE MAN SAID HE DIDN'T SEE HOW JOHN THE BAPTIST WAS PREACHING GOOD NEWS - SURELY MY SOUTHERN EARS DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THIS CORRECTLY.

A "progressive's" secular interpretation!

These "intellectuals" discuss the New Testament from a non- believer's perspective. They are like the two blind men that came across an elephant for their first time; one felt the trunk and the other a leg, one was sure that an elephant looked like a snake, the other a tree and both went on to teach this at Yale. I expected so much more from a school like Yale; sadly, I was extremely disappointed; the place "ain't" what it used to be.
