Informative Podcasts!
These podcasts are wonderful! I look forward to listening to them every week. What a great way to get to hear about all the fun, new findings in the sports medicine world. Thank you!
Molly Bray Rocks! Eat eggs, save the donuts for later!
I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Bray at a conference. Commons sense with solid science behind her comments. Just pointing out that something could be 75% fat content ; and still be under 160 calories - was worth listening too. Knowing to eat breakfast alone, lunch with a friend and supper with an enemy (and you are picking up the tab! LOL) ...wonderful stuff.
Eat things at the right time- who knew? She did/does! Give it a listen, and you may just discover what she says: There are no bad foods!" Give it a listen and find out for yourself. Loved it.
Highly recommended
I am not a scientist or doctor, but have found these interviews really interesting - I find that understanding more about the direct affect of exercise and nutrition on physiology is greatly motivating as I try to maintain my health and fitness and getting advice from experts and researchers gives me confidence that I'm receiving information I can trust. They are a great resource for professionals in the field and for the public.
