Description

This weekly audio program offers perspectives on the Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) Industries and Education. Presented by the Applied Math and Science Education Repository (AMSER), and created by Gordon F. Snyder, Jr. at the National Center for Telecommunications Technologies, and Mike Qaissaunee from the Mid-Atlantic Institute for Telecommunications Technologies. AMSER is a collection of web-based curriculum, resources, and learning objects created for community and technical college faculty, staff, and students. The spectrum of resources in AMSER is wide ranging from general undergraduate science and math materials to educational resources related to specific applied topics like heating and air conditioning, aviation repair, and food safety. AMSER also offers select multimedia programs and other applied math and science resources from the larger AMSER collection that can help educators, students, and life-long learners explore a diverse array of subjects. This feature was created by the Applied Math and Science Education Repository and provided to the National Science Digital Library (NSDL).
