Description
Instructional coaching (also known as instructional facilitation) is widely regarded as essential to the transfer of innovations in teaching practice. The Arkansas Department of Education began a coaching professional development initiative, and the state’s regional content specialists in math, science, and literacy work closely with district coaches to support job-embedded learning.
