it's not a complete collection if the ubiquitous korean kimchi was not included....

This is nice but where is the kimchi, the bulgoki, or the seaweed soup? More please
Oh...crap
He knows nothing about Korean cuisine... I'm truely worried that maybe someone out there could follow this recipe and think it's korean food. I am Korean but I've never seen that kind Bibim kuksu and Bibim nangmyun ( i didn't check the others). Especially Bibim kuksu lecture, it's more like Japanese style! Even the main ingredient, Korean hot pepper paste, doesn't seem like one...
