Description
The Law, Criminal Justice & Security Program Speaker Series hosts scholars, judges, prosecutors, defenders, corrections and court administrators, law enforcement officials, community leaders, activists and others who study, participate in, or seek to improve the criminal justice system. These speakers discuss cutting-edge issues and problems in their areas of expertise. Graduate students writing research papers can participate for credit; Continuing Legal Education Credits are offered to Arizona attorneys. The interdisciplinary series is sponsored by the Rogers College of Law and The Eller College of Management, School of Public Administration and Policy, and since 2003 has presented a speaker at lunchtime every Wednesday during the academic year.
