Getting Started
Thanks for the orientation to what is to be coming. Creating a vision for health is the best place to go after exploring all of the dysfunction related to bullying in the workplace. I hope to see best practices related to reversing and transforming the current enablers of dysfunctional bullying into the best practices for a health workplace. I have been looking at best practices from a human resource and leadership perspective.
