Seminars from the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI). OPHI is a research centre within the University of Oxford’s Department of International Development, Queen Elizabeth House. OPHI works to develop and apply new ways to measure and analyse poverty, human development and welfare, drawing on the work of Professor Amartya Sen. Our podcasts include the OPHI roundtable event with academics, policy makers, senior MPs and Professor Sen on how economics should change in light of Professor Sen’s book The Idea of Justice
