Description
Poetry Everywhere is a collection of short poetry films that introduces television viewers to a broad spectrum of poets and poems; builds a wider audience for contemporary poetry; and increases the overall presence of poetry within the two most ubiquitous media in American popular culture: television and the Internet. Garrison Keillor, a well-known poetry enthusiast, is the series narrator. This project is a co-production of WGBH and David Grubin Productions, in association with The Poetry Foundation and partnership with the Geraldine R. Dodge Poetry Festival.
