Reading Comprehension Strategies
After using many of these techniques over my 25 years of teaching elementary and middle school students in English class, I agree with Dr. Archer. These are sound techniques that ALL teachers should use, not just those in the language arts classroom. Content area teachers will find value in using these strategies too. Thanks for reminding all of us the benefits of Dr. Archer's before, during, and after reading strategies.
