The soft skills include: decision-making, setting priorities, running meetings, speaking, writing and listening more effectively, running teams and negotiating. Carl Selinger is an independent consultant in aviation, transportation planning, and strategic business planning. His 37-year career includes 31 years at The Port Authority of NY & NJ, where Mr. Selinger rose to Manager of Aviation Business Development.

Disappointingly brief. He spends more time introducing the topics than talking about them. Feels like a teaser for longer lectures that it's unclear how to find. Join IEEE I guess?
