Description
Tangible Things brings together roughly two hundred objects, natural and artificial, drawn from Harvard’s massive collections. The exhibit, which is housed in the second floor Special Exhibitions Galleryof the Collection of Historical Scientific Instruments Collection and at other sites around the university, is open to the public and to Harvard students all through spring semester. Based on research conducted by our students over the past eight years, it is an effort to energize Harvard’s extraordinary collections in new ways and prompt fundamental questions about knowledge claims in relation to them. This audio tour allows those who cannot see the collections in person to enjoy and learn from anywhere. Download the PDF Tour Guide and listen as each track corresponds to a page of the guide.
