Plot Summary
On the verge of turning 15; Georgia sets her sights on the new guy at school, ‘gorgeous sex-god’ Robbie, who plays bass for the Stiff Dylans. Unfortunately, Robbie happens to already be dating her evil archrival; blonde, perfect Lindsay. With her flamboyantly dressed cat Angus and her girl posse, the Ace Gang by her side, Georgia sets her mad schemes in motion to nab the boyfriend of her dreams and have the best birthday party ever.

Fresh: A good-natured bundle of early-teen femme angst pitched squarely at the youngsters who've made Louise Rennison's books a hit both sides of the Pond.
Rotten: The film lacks the wit and drama that might pitch it beyond the target demographic, though judging from what makes the girls squirm in the film, it might not succeed even there.
Fresh: These are age-old themes, not tackled with particular verve here, but there's a nice moral about girls learning to accept themselves regardless of shape or colour.
Fresh: Awkwardness, the first kiss, parents from the stone age and having a nose the size of Jupiter have never been so compelling as in this fresh and funny film

I absolutely adore this movie! It is so fun and happy-go-lucky. The guys are gorgeous, the humor is good, and the actors are wonderful. Georgia Groome is hilarious! I don't think I will ever tire of this movie :)
READ MY REVIEW!
at first i thought that this was going to be a crappy movie b/c of the title, HOWEVER it was actually good. ^///^ I watched this a couple of times and i still lov it!!! Just so know, "snogging" means "kissing" in British talk... (( d[-_-]b )) i just had to do that XD
Can't Wait!
I watched this movie online and I absolutely can't wait to own it! It was such a great interpretation of the books, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the great people they got to play the characters Georgia is GREAT!
