Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: A pleasantly loose-limbed sort of movie with some comic moments, most of them belonging to Mr. Dangerfield.
Rotten: This vaguely likable, too-tame comedy falls short of the mark.
Fresh: It's not big and it's not clever, but it's very, very funny.
Fresh: Still every bit as funny, and every bit as stupid, as it was twenty years ago.

Rodney Dangerfield
"Did somebody step on a duck?" "Hey waiter, bring another round for this table will ya? And tell the chef this is low-grade dog food, alright? I had better food at the ballgame." "And this must be your wife. She's lovely. You musta been somethin' before electricity huh?" "Hey, the graveyard's two blocks to the left, alright?" -Rodney Dangerfield makes this movie hilarious. This is one great movie i'll tell you that. Whenever someone farts, you know what I say!
Best Comedy all Time!
A true comedy classic. Best of All Time.
FINALLY!!!!!
Classic lines, great music, brilliant comedic cast...! This movie has it all! Bill Murray is at his comedic best. Cinderella story... Chevy Chase was at his cutest. It's a David and Goliath story where the hero has to overcome the Goliath of no money for college. Can he win the caddy scholarship? Ted Knight stole the show! He was so incredible as the uptight, straight man of the cast of characters! It's as good today as it was in 1979! This movie has firmly placed itself in the cultural fabric. This movie is a classic!
