Plot Summary
Carmen Meets Borat is a film about a small village in a big universe. A Roma village is suddenly confronted with huge dilemmas after they are portrayed as backward people from Kazachstan in the film Borat. people need to lighten up
The truth about the making of Borat.
Borat was filmed in Romania, but called the people Kazakhs, the region Kazakhstan, while making fun of them, their village, their poverty, their way of life. This film lets the people talk. Are Americans dumb enough to confuse two distinctly different ethnic groups and sell it under capitalism to willing viewers?
