Plot Summary
An award-winning, exhilaratingly funny coming-of-age film, Cowboys & Angels tells the witty story of two Irish lads - one straight and one gay - from their youthful career ambitions, to romance, to entanglements with the law. Shane is a shy civil servant striking out on his own. Vincent is a gay fashion design student looking for a roommate. When they cross paths, a friendship begins with Vincent helping pull Shane from his shell and sending him on the road to fabulousness. However, Shane becomes involved in drug running and falls for Vincent's best friend Gemma. First time director David Gleeson has created an energetic and captivating tale.

Fresh: The coming-of-age story about the corruptions of the big city has been done a few thousand times, but at least this one offers a fresh mix of open-minded intelligence and a heartfelt point of view.
Fresh: Combination of warmth, humor, danger and a cosmopolitan take on young, urban Eire sets pic distinctly apart.
Rotten: In general, a film in which the protagonist exalts his friend on a city sidewalk, raising his arms to the sky and proclaiming, 'You've worked your magic on me, and I'll never be the same again!' should not be seen by anyone.
Rotten: If this sounds like one big cliche, that's because it is.

This movie is awesome!!!! Love the final scene freaking amazing. Buy it, watch it, fall in love. I promise you won't be dissappointed.
Great movie
I give this movie 5 stars.. A must have if you enjoy a good drama with a lil comedy. This movie had Drugs,sex and violents with a great plot. I'm glad to see movies like this one available.
