Plot Summary
Three years in the making, Defy is a visual overdose of wakeboarding at its highest level, starring four-time X Games gold medalist Danny Harf and his crew of progressive riders. Harf co-produces the film with elite director Sean Kilgus of BFY Productions. The pair have a solid track record, winning "Best Video Performance" in 2008 for their last effort in Drive. Shot entirely in brilliant HD with the best cameras on earth, be prepared to enter a world never seen before as the crew travels the globe in search of the next step. "It's about getting out of your comfort zone," Harf said. "I want to inspire people and help them realize how much there is left to be done on a wakeboard."

Exceptional
I went to the Seattle premier of this video and it satisfies and quenches any thirsts for the people who cant ride right now. Sean's vision along with Danny's skills to set them forth make for an amazing movie. Also has a huge line of riders that hasn't been seen since 12 honkeys. Like a good music album, I already want more!
Not what I expected
After watching previous wakeboard videos such as Rewritten and Out-of-the-Pond, this was kind of a let down! The first couple minutes of defy led me to think it was going to be something innovative an new but besides really sick riding, they didn't really push the boundaries of Wakeboarding. Overall in my opinion, a great video, just not what I expected.
