Plot Summary
It's 1958 when the Miller family moves to Havana, where 18-year-old Katy's (Romola Garai) parents expect her to be the belle of the high-society ball. Instead, she falls for Xavier (Diego Luna), a waiter who teaches her how to dance and partners with her for an upcoming contest. But Fidel Castro's rise to power forces Americans to depart, putting Katy and Xavier's relationship in jeopardy.

Amazing Movie!!!
We watched this in Spanish class (which was a little awkward), and this is by far the best dancing movie I have ever seen!! Diego Luna is sexy, sweet, and funny in his role, and the girl playing Katy does a pretty good job acting in this movie too. If you love dancing and romance, this is a definite buy for you!!

Whew! I hardly like salsa and salsa dancing, but this was amazing!!! This movie is sexier, hotter, smoother, and better than the first 'dirty dancing'!!! I highly reccommend this!!!
I absolutely love it.
This movie is great. I think it compares to Dirty Dancing quite well. Has the potential to be BETTER than the original. The dancing is a little sexier,the beats are a little more free,the actors are wonderful. It is still about a girl helping a friend by dancing and keeping it from her parents. It is an amazing movie. Both of the Dirty Dancing movies are my ultimate favorites. They just capture you.
