Plot Summary
A train pulls into the station – it’s the end of the line. A hobo jumps from a freight car hoping for a fresh start in a new city. Instead, he finds himself trapped in an urban hell. This is a world where criminals rule the streets and Drake, the city’s crime boss, reigns supreme alongside his sadistic, murderous sons, Slick & Ivan. Amidst the chaos, the hobo comes across a pawn shop window displaying a secondhand lawn mower. He dreams of making the city a beautiful place and starting a new life for himself. But as the brutality continues to rage around him, he notices a shotgun hanging above the lawn mower... Quickly, he realizes the only way to make a difference in this town is with that gun in his hand and two shells in its chamber...

Top Critics' Reviews
Rotten: Will leave most viewers bored and uneasy, especially in scenes like the burning alive of a busful of young children.
Fresh: A hobo hops off a freight train in a nameless North American Gomorrah run by a sadistic crime king. Then said hobo cleans up the place by shooting buckets full of guts.
Fresh: What's not to like?
Fresh: The closest thing the film gets to a message? "When life gives you razor blades, you make a baseball bat covered in razor blades." Sounds like a quote for a Successories poster in hell.

Hobo w/ a shotgun!!!
Hey Troma fans, this is a great movie for you! It has plenty of action, gore, humor, and heart! This movie hits the spot of vintage 70's grindhouse movies and shouldn't be missed!
Outhouse, not Grindhouse
Absolutely unwatchable. An unending font of gore, violence and abuse. There's nothing to celebrate here. And I'm a Tarantino fan.
Rutger Hauer's talent is barely recognizable. Any hobo could have played the role. The only cinematic interest is the satirical nod to the 1970s in the styling of the opening credits.
Nothing to see here unless you're a depraved 13-year old.
Best Grindhouse movie !!!!
This movie is what machete was suppose to be like. Over the top action 80's style outrages no hold back violence. You get these type of movie maybe twice a year :( So make this one of them!!!
