Plot Summary
The legendary concert film "Ladies & Gentlemen…The Rolling Stones" has been fully restored and remastered from the original film print and multi-track audio masters. Filmed in Texas in 1972 over four nights of the "Exile On Main Street" US tour, "Ladies & Gentlemen" was premiered at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York on April 15, 1974 and released into selected cinemas across the USA shortly afterwards. It was billed at the time as "…the most powerful rock film ever made" and is considered by many fans to be the finest Rolling Stones performance ever captured on film.

Rock & Roll Unzips Its Pants and Whips It Out
While we hear a lot about the 69 tour, for many, the STP (Stones Touring Party) that rambled across the US with a couple dips into Canada in the Summer of 1972 was the ultimate Rock and Roll Tour. Lots of press, dope, and unparalleled access (C.S. Blues, anyone?) was only part of it, and none of us would remember it were it not for what we have here - the music. With all the finesse of a freight train, here we see the Rolling Stones in all of their stage glory delivering such timeless rippers as Brown Sugar, Happy, Midnight Rambler, All Down the Line, and a beautiful sing-along of Sweet Virginia. To close this out with what might be the most vicious Jumpin Jack Flash ever and then the encore of the Street Fighter is simply unfair to any other band who ever claimed to be the Greatest Rock and Roll Band in the World. Here, the Stones take no prisoners and leave you gasping for your final breath. Do your inner Stones' fan the best favor you could have done in over 30 years - run this through your stereo or hook it up in your car and TURN THIS MOTHER U-P!!!

Best rolling stone concert!
The catalog of songs they play is unbelievable! On the other hand Keith and Mick's playing on the guitar shoots out licks. Mick's singing is just the blues and classic rock. Charlie keeps hard, solid rock n roll beats good. IF YOUR YOU'RE DECIDING TO BUY A STONES CONCERT, BUY THIS, THIS DOESNT GET ANY BETTER. YOU WILL BE SATISFIED BY THE BAND'S ENERGY.
