Plot Summary
During the Major League Baseball strike in 1994, when the nation turned its eyes from America's pastime sport, baseball, to professional wiffleball. Ted Whitfield, the greatest wiffleball player of all time, attempted to break the home run record, but his quest was plagued by all of the common traps - drugs, women and fame.

Laughed out loud- don't even have to be a sports fan to enjoy Screwball: The Ted Whitfield Story. Wicked, clever send up of 'steroid era' over-indulged, ego inflated ball players. Definitely "R" style humor. I'll never think of wiffle ball in the same way, that's for sure ...
