Plot Summary
In this mind-bending psychological thriller, college student Henry Lethem (Ryan Gosling) plans to kill himself in three days, unless psychologist Sam Foster (Ewan McGregor) can save him. But after his first encounter with the disturbed young man, Sam finds he's losing his own grip on reality, as he too is thrust into a nightmarish place between life and death. With the help of his girlfriend (Naomi Watts), Sam races to unlock the dark secrets of Henry's tortured psyche in this suspenseful chiller that will keep you guessing right up to the shocking ending!

Rotten: S lot of talent gets expended in Stay. (I'm not including whoever dressed McGregor.) Too bad the movie they made, while effective in short spurts, is almost a complete waste of time.

This has to be Ryan Gosling's best acting job. All the pieces are put together at the end of the movie. It takes you to a very realistic dream world. Again Ryan Gosling was amazing.

I have never seen such a beautifully filmed movie. The cinematography itself made me want to cry. The acting is great. the twists this movie takes are unbelievable. I highly recomend this movie. If you liked Donnie Darko you'll love this movie.

Fantastic! A film that is exceptionally well shot! STAY is a thinking-man's (or woman's) psychological thriller. Awesome transitions, Incredibly unique and Moving music, A Beautiful visual interpretation of life, death and the moment(s) in between. I cried due to having worked and witnessed people die in the E.R. This is a powerful and meaingful film that deserves only the highest accolade for Mind-Blowing Artistry and Exacting, Intelligent Storytelling. Buy it!
