Plot Summary
Three teams of small-time criminals decide to rip off an irascible pawnshop owner’s legendary riches. Hilariously, each group’s plan is more ridiculous than the next, and everybody is planning the Big Job for the same night! A stellar cast including Danny Masterson (That ’70s Show), Leon (Get Rich or Die Tryin’) and Dominique Swain (Lolita) brings to life this stylish spoof of the beloved heist comedy genre.

Brooklyn Heist made me pee... In a good way.
Saw this in the cinema on my last trip to NYC. Buying it here now as well to show my flat mates. It's gold. Well, maybe not gold but very strong silver. I laughed out loud at least 15 times and giggled another 50. There are multiple converging story lines shot in different styles and when they finally come together it's kinda magical. The Russian girl is incredibly funny. I've been quoting her lines to my friends all week. She may be my favorite Russian character in any movie I've ever seen. Danny Masterson and Leon are totally amazing too but for completely different reasons (you'll see what I'm talking about:). Overall very very funny film. Well worth the price of admission.
Funny as hell!
Hilarious movie, with a twist! You'll laugh out loud, this movie deserves all the accolades it has received. The cast looks like they had as much fun doing it as you'll have watching. Don't just sit there, hit the "buy it" button!
Hollywood has lost their edge...BROOKLYN YO!
I really loved this movie, it's pace kept me interested and the jokes kept coming! Movies like these don't get made in Hollywood because they're too interested in selling big fake boobs and having ten cars explode when the shhotemup starts. Not in BROOKLYN though, we keepin it real! Ya heard?!
Those Hollyweird types need to take a note from this little gem and start getting creative and expanding the parameters of their set and formulaic drivel they call movies. Get into it!
Dan Masterson Is HIlarious and Dommie Swain is FINE!
Buy this piece! It's worth it! It'll keep you gelastic for two hours and that may stop you from genuflecting to the TV gods and all their advertisements which in turn would get you thinking about this bad economy and how much money you've lost and eventually lead you to thoughts of suicide...BUY this, laugh and get on with your life.
