Plot Summary
From the guys behind Talladega Nights and Step Brothers comes one of the most outrageous comedies of the year! Jeremy Piven (“Entourage”) leads an all-star comedy cast including Ed Helms (The Hangover), David Koechner (Get Smart) and Ving Rhames (I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry) in this hilarious look at the rowdy world of competitive car dealerships. Smooth-talking salesman Don Ready (Piven) and his crazy crew of closers have just one weekend to move over 200 cars and prove that when it comes to conning, conniving and all kinds of bad behavior, they’ve got the goods!

Top Critics' Reviews
Rotten: Something about The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard feels forgettable, even though, in the moment, it's often very funny.
Rotten: The oh-so-out-there mentality earns some chuckles, but that, along with Piven's preening, gets very trying. A hard sell is still a hard sell.
Rotten: The Goods, which shows signs of considerable tinkering in the editing room, is understandably not getting a hard sell at all by its studio.
Rotten: The audience will no doubt laugh on cue as The Goods hits its marks with dutiful predictability, but they shouldn't be surprised if they come to feel like they've been had.
Customer Reviews
yes yes yes... and yes
I saw this movie after the Hangover. I laughed literally the entire time. I could not believe it. Anyone who loves Jeremy Piven will LOVE this movie. Everyone who hates him will still like this movie, every character has their moments. A great comedy.
Whoever laughed at any point of this movie, has never seen a good comedy film.
This movie was horrible, my girlfriend and I wanted to walk out after the first half hour but we stayed. We should have left, the rest was just as bad as the beginning. Horrible horrible movie. Horrible.
Way better than hangover!
All the negative reviews are unfounded. this movie was very funny, if you don't get it you are probobly too serious and uptight.
